THE ROLE:
- Provide person-centred support to residents with daily living activities
- Monitor and assess resident needs as per care plans
Support mobility and disability needs - Encourage resident participation in mental and physical activities
- Help to maintain tidy and comfortable living environments
- Record care notes and communicate with staff across shifts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
- A kind, caring, and a positive attitude
- If you are not a Guernsey resident, you must have minimum of two years’ relevant experience, which can include formal experience as a Carer in a home or informal experience caring for a relative.

ABOUT GREENACRES:
GreenAcres is a privately-run Specialist Dementia Care Home with 47 beds located in Guernsey’s picturesque countryside. Opened in 2017, our home is dedicated to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere for residents, relatives, and visitors.
