THE ROLE:

  • Provide person-centred support to residents with daily living activities
  • Monitor and assess resident needs as per care plans
    Support mobility and disability needs
  • Encourage resident participation in mental and physical activities
  • Help to maintain tidy and comfortable living environments
  • Record care notes and communicate with staff across shifts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
  • A kind, caring, and a positive attitude
  • If you are not a Guernsey resident, you must have minimum of two years’ relevant experience, which can include formal experience as a Carer in a home or informal experience caring for a relative.

GreenAcres is a privately-run Specialist Dementia Care Home with 47 beds located in Guernsey’s picturesque countryside. Opened in 2017, our home is dedicated to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere for residents, relatives, and visitors.
